In order to achieve our goals we conduct activities like workshops, seminars and interaction with people with special needs.

The University of the Philippines Special Education Council (UPSEC) is an active organization based in the UP College of Education which promotes Special Education to the college, university, and the greater public. WHAT WE DO:

UPSEC aims to exemplify genuine concern for children in general and special learners in particular, and showing the world that despite their conditions, these children can excel.
