HAPPY 38TH ANNIVERSARY, SWEAP!! 🎉

The Philippine Association of Social Workers, Inc. - Baguio City Chapter joins the Social Welfare Employees Association of the Philippines (SWEAP) in celebrating 38 years of service, solidarity, and steadfast commitment to the welfare of social welfare and development workers.

For nearly four decades, SWEAP has served as an important collective voice of employees advancing workers’ welfare, dignity, participation, and the continuing pursuit of a more responsive and accountable public service.

As fellow advocates in the social welfare and development sector, PASWI Baguio City Chapter stands in solidarity with SWEAP in promoting institutions where workers are respected, heard, protected, and empowered to contribute meaningfully to better social services for the Filipino people.

Our organizations may carry different mandates, but we share an important aspiration: stronger workers, stronger institutions, and stronger social welfare and development services.

May SWEAP continue to strengthen its membership, uphold the interests and dignity of public servants, and contribute to a culture of good governance, social responsibility, and transformative public service.
