The Integrated Philippine Association of Optometrists, Inc. (IPAO) extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the IPAO CALABARZON 8th Regional Conference, "BEYOND SIGHT: Transforming Children's Lives Through Vision Care," held on July 29, 2026, at the Sotogrande Hotel and Convention Center, Bauan, Batangas.
We sincerely thank IPAO CALABARZON organizing committee . This year's host chapter, IPAO Batangas, led by Dr. Oliva Cabiling, IPAO Batangas Chapter President; Dr. Evelyn Abarintos, Vice President for South Luzon; Dr. Mylyn Molinyawe National Auditor and Dr. Lovell Arena, Regional Governor, for their dedication, hard work, and commitment in organizing this milestone event.
Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to Hon. Edwin Mercado, President and CEO of PhilHealth and Dr. Carlito D. Rocafort , CESO III Regional Director , Department of Education ( DepEd) Region IV-A(CALABARZON) for serving as our Keynote Speakers . Their inspiring address highlighted the importance of accessible, quality healthcare and reinforced the value of collaboration in advancing children's vision care.
