𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗣 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗟𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦

Masaya pong ibinabahagi ng ULAP Confederation ang mga nanalo sa nagdaang ULAP Raffle Draw, narito ang kumpletong listahan ng mga nanalo ng Consolation Prizes, 3rd Prize, 2nd Prize at Grand Prize Winner. Sa mga nanalo mangyari lamang pong maki pag-ugnayan sa inyong mga solicitors o lokal na mga organisasyon na kasapi sa ULAP Confederation upang ma-claim ang inyong napanalunan.

Naganap ang Raffle Draw noong March 28, 2026 sa opisina ng Community Organizers Multiversity - CO Multiversity, nagsagawa rin ng Facebook Live upang mapanatili ang pagiging patas at transparent ng ULAP Confed sa mga ganitong uri ng aktibidad.

Muli isang masayang pagbati sa mga nanalo sa aming pa-Raffle at taos pusong pasasalamat naman para sa tumangkilik at nakiisa sa ganitong aktibidad ng ULAP Confederation.

Maraming salamat din sa Community Organizers Multiversity - CO Multiversity sa walang sawang suporta at tulong sa mga aktibidad at programa ng ULAP Confederation.

The event will feature a powerful reenactment of the Passion of Christ, where participants symbolically "carry the cross" of poverty. This aims to highlight the urgent call for adequate housing, accessible basic services, and the total emancipation from financial obligations for relocated families already struggling in inadequate and substandard off-city sites with limited or no livelihood opportunities.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
• 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: "Carrying the Cross" amidst the remains of fire-razed homes accompanied by songs, prayers and symbolic actions.
• 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Caridad (charity) initiatives providing food and spiritual support to fire-affected families at the evacuation center.
• 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆:Presentation of the "4 Pillars of Hope" toward a more humane and responsive government (Makataong Pamahalaan).

𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝟴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗣 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗧𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗢𝗠 𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗪𝗔 𝗗𝗔𝗠 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬 ‎

Nagkaroon ng pagkakataon ang kabataan mula sa ULAP Confederation na makasalamuha at makamusta ang ating mga kapatid na Dumagat sa Tany, Rizal. Ito ay dahil sa tulong ng Community Organizers Multiversity - CO Multiversity.

Sa aming pakikipagsalamuha sa mga katutubong Dumagat, mas lumalim ang pag-unawa ng mga kabataan sa kanilang kultura at kasaysayan. Sa pamamagitan ng mga kwento ni Ms. Maria Clara, nalaman nila ang mga hamon na kinakaharap nila mula noon hanggang ngayon—lalo na ang banta ng proyektong maaaring sumira sa kanilang lupain, ang Kaliwa Dam.

‎Habang binabaybay ang kabundukan, nasilayan namin ang angking ganda ng Mt. Daraitan. Doon namin napagtanto kung gaano kahalaga ang ipinaglalaban ng mga katutubo laban sa planong pagkasira nito ng gobyerno. Ang karanasang ito ay hindi lamang naging masaya, kundi isang malaking aral para sa aming mga kabataan na pahalagahan ang ating kalikasan at ang mga taong nagtatanggol dito.

‎Dahil dito, ang Youth Officer Association (YOA) ay taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa ULAP Confederation at Community Organizers Multiversity (COM) sa pag-oorganisa ng napakaganda at makabuluhang aktibidad na ito.

𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐫𝐞: 𝐀 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡-𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧

On March 8, 2026, ULAP Youth, together with Community Organizers Multiversity (COM), representatives from Urban Poor Associates (UPA), and leaders from various People’s Organizations, traveled to Barangay Daraitan in Tanay, Rizal.

This was more than a visit to a scenic destination; it was a profound immersion into the lives and struggles of our Dumagat brothers and sisters.

As we marveled at the rock formations of the Tinipak River and the protective peaks of the Sierra Madre, we also listened to the heavy hearts of the people who have safeguarded this Ancestral Domain for generations.

The beauty of the Dumagat culture is completely linked to the land and water, yet this peaceful way of life faces an uncertain future due to the Kaliwa Dam project. Our youth participants were deeply moved by the stories of those who fear their homes will be submerged and their livelihoods destroyed.

The stakes continue to rise. Potential displacement is distressing, and the impact stretches far beyond construction; it threatens Ancestral Domain Loss, a Watershed Crisis, and Irreversible Environmental Degradation.

We recognize that social progress is hollow if it comes at the cost of our environment and the rights of Indigenous peoples. This project does not only bring worry to the mountains; it threatens a vital natural barrier that shields all of Luzon from calamities.

We stand with the Dumagat-Remontado in their resistance, believing that the true key to a bright future lies in protecting the Sierra Madre and respecting those who serve as its primary guardians.

Nagsagawa ng konsultasyon ang Senado sa iba’t ibang panukalang senate bill patungkol sa usapin ng pabahay sa maralita. Ito ay nilahukan ng mga urban poor kasama ang Community Organizers Multiversity - CO Multiversity at ULAP Confederation kasama ang UPAC at Urban Poor Associates na isinagawa noong ika-10 ng Marso 2026.

Tinalakay ang mahahalagang sukatan para mabigyan ang mga maralita ng disente at abot-kayang pabahay. Magsisiguro ng on-site at in-city na mga relokasyon gayun din ang partisipasyon ng mga maralita sa proseso.
