Last March 7 and 14, the UP Diliman Department of Home Economics Education and UP CHEc completed the second 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 (HEELS)!
