“When My Life Begins – Discover the World and Make a Difference” 🌏✨

From July 3–5, 2026, the Philippine Good News Corps (PGNC) Alumni successfully conducted a workshop for the new batch of PGNC trainees who will be sent to Japan and Korea before the end of 2026.

The workshop was more than just a training session—it was also a meaningful gathering of PGNC Alumni members who once served as volunteers in different countries. They had the opportunity to reconnect, share their incredible experiences, and inspire the new volunteers who are preparing to go abroad.

The participants enjoyed various activities, interactive games, and meaningful fellowship. Most importantly, they had the special opportunity to meet an incredible mentor and listen to his inspiring message. He emphasized the importance of overcoming difficulties while embracing and living with a Christian mindset. He also shared how the PGNC Program has opened countless opportunities for those who have taken part in it.

Indeed, the workshop was not merely a requirement for those preparing to go abroad. It became a meaningful opportunity to hear valuable words from a great mentor, listen to the incredible stories of PGNC Alumni, and discover the beauty and significance of becoming a volunteer through the PGNC Program.

May the new batch of PGNC trainees carry these lessons and experiences with them as they embark on their journey to discover the world, overcome challenges, and make a difference. 🌏❤️

As another batch of Philippine Good News Corps (PGNC) volunteers begins their journey in South Korea, James was warmly welcomed by people from different countries as he participated in his very first event as a World Camp Supporter, together with fellow Filipino students, international participants, and students from Gimcheon University.

The Good News Corps Program is more than just an overseas volunteer experience—it is a gateway to personal growth, cultural exchange, and life-changing opportunities. Every volunteer creates meaningful memories, gains valuable experiences, and writes inspiring stories that encourage others to step outside their comfort zones and discover a new world filled with hope, challenges, and endless possibilities.

May James' journey inspire more young people to dream bigger, serve others with joy, and embrace opportunities that can shape their future.
