Step right up and take a glimpse at the joyful moments from our visits, where every smile and shared story made the day feel like a true fiesta! 🎊 Alongside the fun, we also strengthened caregiver mental health through a meaningful session with our very own Dr. Joy Guerrero 💛

The weight of caregiving is like no other! 💙

Regardless whether you’re a family member or a trained professional, caregiving can be difficult, leading to physical exhaustion, anxiety, stress, and emotional burnout. There’s a profound burden when these efforts go unnoticed, making an already demanding job feel even more taxing. At the end of the day, those who provide care also need care of their own.

Empowering caregivers means recognizing that they need care just as much as the people they strive to support. Caregiving should never be viewed as a single responsibility; rather, it should be treated as a collective effort, one we all take part in! 🫂
