RESOLUTION NO. 007, SERIES OF 2026: PROCLAMATION OF NEWLY ELECTED CHRS OFFICERS A.Y. 2026-2027

The CHRS COMELEC has officially concluded the canvassing of votes held on September 15, 2026, from 9:02 PM to 9:35 PM.

As of 9:01 PM, the voting period was closed with a total of 219 electorates who casted their votes for only 21 hours since the opening of the voting period.

By virtue of the powers vested in the Commission, we hereby proclaim the new set of Community of Human Resource Students (CHRS) Executive Board Members and Staff Representatives for A.Y. 2026-2027:

EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS:
President: Fujio, Christalyn - 205 votes (93.6%)
Executive Vice President: Dela Cruz, Mhark Shanne - 109 votes (49.8%)
Executive Secretary: Cayetano, Scarleth Jane - 196 votes (89.5%)
Public Affairs Officer: Duazo, Kyle Anderson - 193 votes (88.1%)
Student Relations and Legality Officer: Tantay, Hershane Allynnah - 190 votes (86.7%)
Auditor: Daรฑas, Dessire Claire - 180 votes (82.2%)
2nd Year Representative: Vega, John Benedick - 34 votes (85%)

DECLARED VACANT:
Internal Affairs Officer, External Affairs Officer, Budget and Finance Officer, Asst. Budget and Finance Officer, Asst. Auditor, Fund Raising and Collection Officer, 4th Year Representative, 3rd Year Representative, and 1st Year Representative.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that any positions declared VACANT shall be appointed through the powers vested on the newly elected CHRS President, in accordance with the CHRS Constitution and By-Laws.

The aforementioned winning candidates are hereby declared as the duly elected and legitimate officers and representatives of the CHRS and this proclamation shall take effect immediately.
