The foundation is composed of various artists and art enthusiasts from various sectors of society and age range who are unified by their common interests; to further develop their inherent talents in painting and the visual arts. The foundation was formed purposely to promote arts and art awareness by transforming all members of the association to become well rounded artists through an organized s
ystem of continuing programs which will include art contests and competitions, on the spot painting sessions, exhibits, show, lectures and art demonstrations of well known artists. Equally important is the goal of the foundation to grant scholarships to out of school youth who are gifted with talent in the arts but cannot afford to obtain formal education in fine arts. In addition, the foundation is also committed to extend public service to a selected community by giving free art lessons, in order to encourage them to have a meaningful and productive utilization of their time and efforts. Their free art lessons can eventually be used ad a means to support themselves. Public services can also include free training in the production of art accessories, such as frames, canvas and easels, which the participants can eventually market to art students and professional artists.
