The UP Inclusive Business Association (UP IBA) is a duly recognized, university-wide organization based in the College of Business Administration, University of the Philippines-Diliman. In continuing our thrust, “Social Responsibility through Business Excellence,” we advocate worthwhile and meaningful projects that strive not only to holistically develop the members’ business orientation, but also

to benefit the society as to inculcate a sense of social obligation to its members with our motto: "With Others, For Others."
