Yesterday, August 1, the Rotary Club of Kagitingang Cubao proudly participated in the Vibrant Club Workshop with 8 dedicated club members in attendance.

We are especially proud of our own PDG Dulce Coyukiat and PP Alvin Mangona, who served as resource speakers and shared their knowledge and experience, inspiring fellow Rotarians throughout the workshop.

The event was filled with valuable learning on building a Vibrant Club through stronger Membership, effective Public Image, support for The Rotary Foundation (TRF), and opportunities through Global Grants. More importantly, our members actively participated in every discussion and activity, making the experience even more meaningful.

We came home inspired, equipped with new ideas, and more committed than ever to strengthening our club and creating a greater impact in our communities.

🤝 Let's Extend a Helping Hand

Last night, July 23, a fire affected 15 families in Brgy. Silangan, Quezon City. Many of them lost their homes and are now trying to recover from this difficult situation.

The Rotary Club of Kagitingang Cubao is accepting donations to help provide their immediate needs.

We gladly accept: 💛 Monetary donations
🍚 Rice, canned goods, noodles, and other food items
👕 Clean, wearable clothes (for children and adults)
🧴 Toiletries and other basic necessities

Any amount or donation, big or small, will go a long way in helping these families get back on their feet.

If you would like to help, please send us a message so we can coordinate the collection and delivery of your donations.

💙💛 RCKC's 1st Webinar | Rotary Year 2026–2027 💙💛

Learning. Fellowship. Service.

The Rotary Club of Kagitingang Cubao successfully conducted its 1st Webinar for Rotary Year 2026–2027, bringing together Rotarians, Satellite members, Interactors, and guests for an inspiring morning of learning and meaningful discussions.

We were privileged to learn about Maternal and Child Health, one of Rotary's Seven Areas of Focus, highlighting the importance of promoting the health and well-being of mothers, children, and families. We also gained valuable insights into Membership and Vocational Service, reminding us that our professions, skills, and talents become even more meaningful when used in service to others and in building a stronger, more dynamic Rotary club.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our distinguished speaker Dr. Miel Nora for generously sharing their knowledge and expertise. Thank you as well to our Membership Committee and Vocational Services Committee for organizing this successful webinar.

Special thanks to PP Rhodora Roy Raterta and PP Francis Cui Sabalza for your teamwork and dedication in making this event possible. We also extend our appreciation to our Past Presidents, fellow Rotarians, Satellite members, Interactors, and guests who joined us and made this webinar truly meaningful.

✨ A New Chapter Begins for the Rotary Club of Kagitingang Cubao! 💙💛

Last June 27, 2026, the Rotary Club of Kagitingang Cubao proudly held its Turn Over Ceremony at ABE Trinoma, marking the official transition of leadership and the beginning of a new Rotary Year.

The ceremony was a celebration of dedicated service, meaningful fellowship, and our shared commitment to making a lasting difference in our communities.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our Outgoing President, Florence Oyens Bueno Dauz for her unwavering dedication, passion, and inspiring leadership. Through her commitment and hard work, she helped keep our club active, vibrant, and united in service. Thank you for your countless sacrifices and for leaving a legacy that will continue to inspire us.

We also warmly welcome our new set of officers as they take on the responsibility of leading our club with passion, integrity, and purpose.
