Founded in March 19,1996 in the east Pacific coast, this noble association of conservative environmentalists and peace advocates whih is also an organization of intellectuals, professionlas,lawyers,writers,religious, public servants,medical practitioners,and technocrats had growth up from 18 charter members to two million four hundred thousand worldwide. It is characterized with the great secrecy
that membership is divided into fourteen layers depending on the efforts of a member. As advocates of peace, the organization only accepts peace –loving members and denounced violence as a matter of policy. The Organization is guided by its Fourteen Rules of Order
1. There is a Supreme Being, the Creator;
2. One must serve his country next to God;
3. One who does not love his family will never learn to love his fellowmen;
4. Respect thy parents as an act of duty and gratitude;
5. One must educate himself to be able to nurture his potentials;
6. The greatest sacrifice is to lay one’s life for another;
7. Treat others fairly and just;
8. Protect the mother earth as it is the only one we have;
9. Endeavor for the attainment of a just and lasting peace;
10. We will never pass this way again so live right and meaningful;
11. You cannot give what you do not have,you cannot teach what you do not know nor believe in;
12. Learn the teaching of history so you will not repeat its mistakes;
13. There are more important things than fame, power, money,and these are truth,happiness, and justice;

Our logo is a registered trademark showing a standing Blue Falcons with widespread wings representing universal service to mandkind, 14 leaves representing the 14 original members and the 14 degrees in the stairs of perfection, 4 ropes tied on a log representing the 4 Founding Brothers, the log itself representing unity , the bird representing: the Founding Father and the bird as a protector of nature , peace and a united membership.The triangle represents the 3 treasures of the organization: Environment, Peace and Unity.The 14 Stars represent the 14 Rules of Order, the compass means the right and guided path and the torch means the continuing search for truth and wisdom through education. The sphere symbolizes Blue Falcons International scope, 1996 the year it was founded and the book means the Holy Book(of every religion that believes in God).
