LOOK: PSPA held a special launch of the 2nd edition of the book titled โ€œNavigating Governance: The Philippine Administrative System in Theory and Practiceโ€ during the 2026 Philippine Councilors League (PCL) National Convention at the World Trade Center on March 5, 2026 through the initiative of PCL Executive Director Helario Caminero and PCL National Chairman Atty. Raul Corro.

The PCL event marked a reunion of scholars, practitioners, and local legislators creating a space where scholarship and governance collaborate. The book launch was attended by the authors and PSPA Board led by Dr. Ederson Tapia, Dr. Alex B. Brillantes, Dr. Danilo DL Reyes, Dr. Gary Ador Dionisio, Dr. Helario Caminero, Dr. Alfredo Derecho, Mr. Sofonias Gabonada, Jr., Dr. Roselle Jardin, Dr. Sonia Pimentel, Dr. Joan Ruiz, and Mr. Karl Ruiz.

This PSPA milestone was also graced by Senator Paolo Benigno โ€œBamโ€ Aquino IV and former DILG Secretary Benjamin โ€œBenhurโ€ Abalos, Jr.
