MUG Sambahayan, Inc. Matthew 28:19-20 The Underground is a new kind of church made up not just of individuals but communities of individuals.

In an increasingly isolated world we believe that people are called together for transformation. Churches can be hubs for worship, equipping and inspiration for small missional communities. Just as the underground subway systems of some of the world's major cities provide an unseen but integrated network of communication, relationship, and movement, so we hope to build an unseen network of communi

cation that will transform our city and the world. The name may sound a little subversive,but we like that. In many ways, the systems of this world are failing and it is up to the people of God to offer our suffering world more than words. The Underground Church is an experiment in compassion. It is our attempt to establish a church that will love the weakest, serve the poorest, and do ministry at the margins of our city and throughout the world. We welcome anyone, at any point on their journey, but we make a razor sharp call to all who will hear. We hope to be a part of a revolution of love in each place we are called.

He does not mean you will never feel lonely or afraid. He does not promise you will never walk through dark days or heavy seasons. Feelings shift and faith wavers, but His promise never changes. His presence does not depend on how strong you feel or how well you follow Him.

He stays when friends walk away and when plans fall apart. He stays when you stumble and when you hide. He stays even when you cannot find the words to pray. He does not leave because you are weak or confused or far from perfect. He stays because He is faithful, not because you are good enough.

You will never face a moment He is not already in. You will never carry a burden He does not see. You do not have to walk through anything alone. He is right beside you, always.
