The UP Phi Delta Alpha Sorority jubilantly celebrates the proclamation of 𝐒𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐥𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨 ΦΔΑ 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒𝐅 as the new Chairperson of the University of the Philippines Diliman Student Council (USC) in the recently-concluded Halalan 2026.

Sis Moira is the first Phi Deltan to hold the highest position in the university’s central student representative body. This momentous achievement is made possible by her years of service-oriented leadership, exemplary work ethic, and steadfast militancy. With the privileges afforded to her by her new position and the trust that the voters placed upon her, it is with no doubt that she will serve the student body and contribute to the UP community on a much larger scale.

Time and time again, we must realize that corruption is a form of systemic violence.

The UP Phi Delta Alpha Sorority extends its warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to 𝐒𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐮𝐣𝐮 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐨 ΦΔΑ 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐𝐄 for successfully passing the 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers.

This remarkable achievement reflects Sis Juju’s academic brilliance and her profound commitment to inclusive learning. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in B Elementary Education, Major in Special Education from UP Diliman. Throughout her collegiate journey, Sis Juju exemplified outstanding leadership and service. As a committed student leader of the UP College of Education Student Council (CESC), she was elected Vice Chairperson and acted as Chairperson during the 2023-2024 CESC term. Previously, she served as the Council’s External and SWANS Councilor.

As a children’s rights advocate, Sis Juju was an active member of the UP Philosophy for Children Society, where she served as President and Vice President for Education and Research. Her involvement as Activities and Education Committee Deputy of the UP Broadcasters’ Guild, together with her role as MIND Project Head, one of the flagship events of the Sorority, highlights her dedication to empowering communities through education.

Sis Juju is also a proud member of the Theta Epsilon Nu International Honor Society and a recipient of the Teacher Nelia Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award, further affirming her excellence in both scholarship and service. Beyond the university, she represented youth leadership as a delegate to the Ayala Young Leaders Congress 2023 and as a fellow of the YouthLed Leadership and Democracy Fellowship, showcasing her commitment to nation-building.

Sis Juju, your success in the LET is a testament to your perseverance, intellect, and heart for service. You inspire not only the Sorority but also future educators who aspire to create meaningful and inclusive change in society.
