DHL has signed a Global Framework Agreement with the Transport Federation (ITF) and UNI Global Union, pledging to respect freedom of association, collective bargaining, and constructive industrial relations throughout its worldwide operations.

Last May 2026, workers at DHL Supply Chain’s Muntinlupa warehouse exercised their fundamental right to organize by forming and certifying the DHL United Workers Union (DUWU). Their objective was straightforward: to negotiate a collective bargaining agreement, improve wages and working conditions, and ensure that workers have a genuine voice in the workplace.

Management’s response was swift—and deeply alarming.
