Maligayang Araw ng Kalayaan! 🇵🇭

Advocacy does not always have to happen inside meeting rooms or through formal discussions. Sometimes, the most powerful messages are shared through music, movement, and creativity.

By dancing together, our OFWs and their families are showing that advocacy can be engaging, interactive, and enjoyable while still raising awareness on issues that matter. Through dance and other creative forms of expression, we strengthen participation, build community, and make our advocacy messages more accessible to everyone.

Because when people connect, move, and learn together, advocacy becomes more than a message—it becomes an experience. ✨

🎶 Hindi lang pinto ang dapat buksan...

Buksan ang oportunidad.
Buksan ang proteksyon.
Buksan ang pagkilala sa ambag ng mga migranteng Pilipino.

Ngayong National Migrants Day, ipagdiwang natin ang kanilang sakripisyo, tapang, at tagumpay. 🌍💙

We are the modern-day heroes of our nation.

We leave our homes and families behind…

…not because it is easy—

—but because we dream of a better future.

Across different countries and cultures…

…Filipino migrant workers continue to show strength, sacrifice, and resilience.

We care for families.

We build communities.

We keep economies moving.

Behind every remittance…

…is a story of hard work, love, and sacrifice.

This National Migrants Day—

—we honor the courage of every Overseas Filipino Worker.

We recognize your contributions.

Your struggles.

And your unwavering hope for your families and for our country.

Happy National Migrants Day!

“Para sa migranteng Pilipino — salamat sa inyong sakripisyo, tapang, at pagmamahal.”

What we expected to be boring turned out to be engaging, interactive, and genuinely fun. From meaningful conversations and group activities to meeting passionate people who care about making a difference, every session was a reminder that learning and advocacy can go hand in hand.

Turns out, advocacy isn’t just about speaking up for causes—it’s also about building connections, sharing experiences, and growing together.

Who knew making a difference could be this enjoyable? 💙✨

Urgent Call to Protect Migrants’ Rights!

Labor migration continues to increase across the world due to both push and pull factors. Many workers leave their homes out of necessity driven by poverty, low wages, lack of job opportunities, limited social benefits, and unsafe working conditions. At the same time, the increasing demand for labor in destination countries, especially in the care sector, aging populations, labor shortages, and low birth rates, continue to fuel the demand for migrant workers, including caregivers, and domestic workers.

Migrant workers significantly contribute to economies and societies, yet many remain vulnerable to exploitation, abuse, discrimination, and unsafe working conditions. As governments and institutions discuss the future of migration, we must resist harmful narratives and ensure that migrant workers are not left behind.

Migrants deserve more than recognition. Migrants deserve protection, dignity, and equal rights.

Migrant rights are human rights.
