Kung noon, ang SNSSP ay karaniwang ginaganap sa loob ng unibersidad bilang isang paper presentation at round table discussion kung saan tinatalakay ng mga mananaliksik sa Sikolohiya at SP ang mga bagong kaalaman, pananaw, at usaping may kaugnayan sa lipunan sa mga estudyante, ngayon ay mas lalapit na ito sa komunidad!

Sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon, lalabas ang UP Bukluran sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino mula sa apat na sulok ng silid-aralan upang higit na maisabuhay ang tungkulin nitong makiisa sa mga komunidad, magbukas ng mga makabuluhang talakayan at pagbabahaginan ng kaalaman na nakaugat sa karanasan at realidad ng mamamayan, at mas ipayabong ang isang sikolohiyang malaya, mapagpalaya, at mapagpabagong-isip.

Ngayong SNSSP 2526, ang tema ng Sa'n na si SP? ay 𝗦𝗶𝗸𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗵𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼, 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗮, 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱: 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗮𝘄𝗮’𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮. This May 01, UP Design Core celebrates and stands in solidarity with our Filipino workers, honoring the immense grit and perseverance that define the very heart of our nation. While we take this day to recognize the contributions of those who build our cities, harvest our food, and drive our economy, we must acknowledge that true celebration is impossible without addressing the systemic burdens they carry.

It is a time to continue to stand firm and struggle for the dignity that every Filipino worker deserves, to demand an end to the corruption that bleeds our public funds dry and to call for immediate action against the relentless, soaring prices of basic goods that continue to outpace stagnant wages. We must remain steadfast in our commitment to advocate for the fundamental rights of every Filipino worker, ensuring that no one is left behind in the pursuit of progress.

Patuloy na tumindig at makibaka para sa dangal ng bawat Manggagawang Pilipino. Higit sa pagpupugay, makiisa sa panawagan para sa tunay na pagbabago. Maligayang Araw ng mga Manggagawa! ✊
