The EโCommerce Philippine Trustmark is a new initiative by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), established under the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (RA 11967), to bolster consumer confidence and curb fraudulent activity in online trade .

To qualify, a business must submit:
1. Application form + sworn commitment to follow relevant laws.
2. Proof of business registration (DTI, SEC, or CDA).
3. Local government permit and BIR Certificate (Form 2303).
4. List of online platforms used.
5. No pending charges from DTI Fair Trade Bureau or relevant agencies .

You can check application status via the same portal, and verified businesses receive a QR-coded digital badge .
