Di ko alam bat ako nakakaramdam ng awa sa dating pangulo Lalo na't makita ko yong physical appearance niya and siguro dahil mahal ko din ang magulang ko.

Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte / Tatay Digong did not start the war to kill, he started it to save. He gave drug addicts a chance to change, to surrender, to choose a better life. But many refused. They kept using, kept selling, kept killing innocent people. So, what should a leader do? Let criminals destroy families, or take action to stop them?

One addict lost is tragic, but thousands of innocent lives saved that is justice. Duterte made the streets safe. Women could walk home at night without fear. Families could sleep peacefully.

And for those saying innocent people were killed, Duterte never let that slide. He made sure that police officers who killed by mistake were punished, removed from their jobs, and sent to jail. He fought criminals, but he never protected those who abused their power.

Now, look at our country. Duterte is gone, and the drug problem is coming back. Crime is rising again. Ask yourself was he really the problem, or was he the only one brave enough to fix it?

WAKE UP!! May naitulong din tlaga sya sa bansa natin.. Tantanan nio na si PRRD at mag focus kayo sa pag papa unlad ng bansa para makasama pamilya nya๐Ÿ™

Department of Migrant Workers
News Release

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) urged the public to be vigilant against fake overseas job postings on social media platforms and to only transact with licensed recruitment agencies for overseas employment.

The DMW reiterated its warning to protect Filipino jobseekers from illegal recruiters and syndicates proliferating on social media platforms, who are also allegedly involved in direct hiring schemes without the approval of the DMW.

These unscrupulous individuals are masquerading as legitimate recruitment entities by using the names, logos, and addresses of DMW-licensed agencies to entice prospective applicants.

Filipino job seekers are encouraged to only transact with Philippine-licensed recruitment agencies to avoid falling victim to online job scams and other internet-related modus of these illegal recruiters.

Also, a job offer that requires early payment of fees through electronic transfer is a solid indication of a scam.

Filipino overseas job seekers are encouraged to always verify the legitimacy of their preferred agency and its approved job orders through the DMW website (https://dmw.gov.ph/).

Also, any transaction relative to overseas job applications should be conducted within the registered business address of a licensed recruitment agency. Likewise, the collection of any fee from a worker must always be accompanied by an official receipt, which shows the amount paid and the purpose of the payment.

The DMW encourages the public to be vigilant and immediately report any suspicious or suspected illegal online recruitment activities to the DMW Migrant Workers Protection Bureau (MWPB) at their email address [email protected] or through their page at https://www.facebook.com/dmwairtip

Following a series of consultations, an agreement has been reached regarding the Property Lease Agreement Attestation Form between Identitร , the Notarial Council of Malta, the Chamber of Advocates, and Legal Procurators.

This agreement was reached after discussions on how property lease agreements, presented as part of a residence permit application, should be officially attested by a Notary, Lawyer, or Legal Procurator. The purpose of this verification is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided to the Agency and legal certainty in order to prevent abuse.

Every new lease agreement will be attested by the aforementioned professionals, with the aim of further strengthening the process for both Identitร  and for tenants and landlords. This will promote greater responsibility from both property owners and tenants and ensure adherence to the law while preventing false declarations. This form will become mandatory as of Monday, 23rd September 2024 for applications involving new leases, giving the parties involved sufficient time to comply with the requirements.

Identitร  will continue to maintain a zero-tolerance policy on abuses, and any case of abuse will be reported to the relevant authorities. Identity Malta remains committed to safeguarding the interests of both tenants and property owners, while continuing to enhance its processes to reduce abuse, promote transparency, and ensure good governance.
