On March 11, join CHWs from Nepal, Pakistan & the Philippines as they share struggles, victories, and solidarity across South & Southeast Asia.

Community health workers (CHWs) are the backbone of public health, yet many remain underpaid, unrecognized, and overworked. This webinar, organized by Public Services International (PSI) with the support of UNISON, brings together CHWs from Nepal, Pakistan, and the Philippines to share experiences, highlight organizing victories, and strengthen regional solidarity.

This webinar also marks the celebration of International Working Women’s Day 2026. Majority of CHWs are women, and their fight for decent work is part of the broader struggle for gender justice.

Together with BHWs, we affirm a simple truth: care work is work and must be valued, protected, and fairly compensated. ✊🏽💜
