The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Saturday released the list of Circumferential and Radial Roads where the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) will once again be enforced starting May 26, 2025.

The MMDA underscored the need to enforce the NCAP in anticipation of monstrous traffic jams amid the EDSA rehabilitation beginning on June 13, 2025.

Under the NCAP, traffic violations are recorded and enforced through CCTV cameras, allowing authorities to penalize erring motorists without direct apprehension on the road.

No Contact Apprehension Starting this Monday
May 26- MMDA

- do not text while driving
- wag mag drive sa yellow lane at sa motorcycle lane
- observe Commonwealth 60kph speed limit
- avoid swerving
- observe number coding
- observe traffic signs
- stay in middle lane if roads have Left turns and U turn slots
- do not PARK or WAIT along major roads however temporary (ex. Auto Supplies, Hardware, Restaurants, etc.

Always wear seatbelts!!! Do not use Mobile Phones while on the road. CCTV can see through even on heavily tinted cars. Penalties are high.
