Ang Buwan ng Wika ay ipinagdiriwang tuwing Agosto bilang paggunita sa kapanganakan ni Pangulong Manuel L. Quezon, na kinikilalang "Ama ng Wikang Pambansa"

Isa pang nakakatuwang katotohanan ang Pilipinas ay may mahigit 180 katutubong wika, na sumasalamin sa mayaman nating kultura at pagkakakilanlan. Bagama't Filipino ang ating wikang pambansa, bawat wikang ginagamit sa iba't ibang panig ng bansa ay mahalagang bahagi ng ating kasaysayan at pamana.

Ngayong Buwan ng Wika 2026, sama-sama nating ipagmalaki, gamitin, at pahalagahan ang ating sariling wika sapagkat ang wikang Filipino ay hindi lamang salita, kundi pagkakakilanlan ng bawat Pilipino.
