Congratulations, DRRND Chivas βοΈ
Meet the first District Rotaract Representative produced by the Rotaract Club of Greenfields QC, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Greenfields Quezon City, CHARTER PRESIDENT (CP) CHIVAS S. AYROSO.
CP CHIVAS AYROSO has been a Rotaract and Rotary member since 2020. He began his Rotary journey in 2017 as a member of the Interact Club of Novaliches High School. In 2019, he served as the Champion of Service President of the said Interact Club. During his CSP term, he was awarded the Most Outstanding RYLA Delegate. In 2020, he elevated his membership in Rotary to the position of Youth Service Chairperson of RC Greenfields, Quezon City. With this capacity, CP Chivas dedicated four months to charter the Rotaract Club of Greenfields QC on November 5, 2020.
He served as both the Transforming President and Life-Changing President of the said Rotaract club. Upon completion of his presidency in 2022, he was awarded the Most Outstanding President among Rotaract Clubs of Rotary International District 3780. He was also awarded the Most Outstanding Club Information and Communication Officer (CICO) in Rotary International District 3780. His club is also a GEAR awardee during his presidency.
He served in various capacities in the Rotaract and Rotary districts in the years that followed. In 2023, he was awarded the Most Outstanding District Officer. His legacy in creating impactful projects and training more leaders transcends the club and extends to international engagements. He is a regular resource speaker in both district and Pilipinas MDIO events on leadership roles, branding, and strategic planning.
Currently, CP Chivas is the youngest 2025 - 2026 Rotary Youth Service Chairperson in Zone 10A. He oversees the district's youth programs, including Interact, Araw ng Pagbasa, Araw ng Kabataan, RYLA, and Rotaract. For him, he has seen the need for strong leadership and good governance at all levels of Rotary. He wanted to return to the Rotaract district and emphasize grounded service and good governance as the main reasons for Rotaract membership.
In his campaign, he emphasized that clubs have to sustain long-term projects and the district shall focus on creating coherent systems that shall take effect in the long. We urge Rotaract members to focus on two points:
1. Be a Rotaract of the people; and
2. Be a Rotaract for the people.
CP Chivas advocates for grounded, consultative, and anticipatory leadership. He believes that these competencies are essential for horizontal and vertical development within the club and the district. Furthermore, he believes that these competencies are essential in making Rotaract more resilient amid the ever-changing dynamics.
Beyond Rotary, he is known as a researcher, educator, writer, and civil servant. He specialized in foreign policy and diplomacy. He is a member of various organizations that specialize in research, grassroots movement, and climate action, among others.
As Greenfields RACStars, we congratulate CP Chivas, our most awaited DRR candidate. We wish DRRND Chivas the best in his journey in his district leadership.
