Upholding Life And Nature (ULAN) is now accepting proposals from interested digital artists to partner with us on our initiatives. The chosen artist will produce two (2) comic book-style videos on Criminal and Civil Procedures that are ready for Youtube uploading.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Upholding Life And Nature (ULAN) is now accepting proposals from the following experienced consultants to partner with us on our initiatives:

1) External Evaluator (ENSHIELD Project)
The external evaluator will conduct an independent assessment of our 6-year project’s impact and sustainability. A strict focus on GESI and safeguarding adherence is required.

Deadline for submission is on October 15, 2026.

2) Satellite-Based Forest Monitoring Consultant
The consultant will design a training module that teaches communities in Sibuyan and Mindoro how to use public satellite platforms to report unauthorized forest clearing.

Deadline for submission is on September 30, 2026.

3) SGBV Training Module Developer
The developer will create a survivor-centered training module for Romblon's emergency responders. The curriculum must prioritize Philippine SGBV laws and GESI.

Deadline for submission is on September 30, 2026.

Kaisa ang ULAN sa pagpapabuti ng kalikasan sa QC! 🌳

Kinatawan nina Executive Director Atty. Ron Gutierrez, Senior Coordinator Malu Cernero, at Staff Lawyer Atty. Aleksi Bolos ang ULAN sa kamakailang Stakeholders Meeting for Environmental Civil Society Organizations na pinangunahan ng Department of Sanitation and Cleanup Works of Quezon City (DSQC).

Naging makabuluhan ang nasabing dayalogo kung saan tinalakay ang mga mahahalagang panukala at hakbangin na naglalayong magkaroon ng mas malinis at maayos na lungsod para sa lahat ng QCitizens.
