It is with great humility that I accept the mandate of our colleagues as the newly-elected Vice President for Area A of the United Architects of the Philippines (Regions 1-3, CAR, Northern Metro Manila, Rizal Province and Middle East).

I extend my congratulations and hand of collaboration to the all newly elected UAP National Officers - National President-elect Joey Manalad ; NEVP-elect Chona E. Ponce ; SG-elect Rex Chua Tak ; reelected NT Uap NT Rich Tumambing and; NA-elect Ramon F. Millan Teruel ; as well as the other Area Vice Presidents and Regional District Directors.

Congratulations as well to the incumbent UAP National Board, led by NP Ar Donato Magcale !

I thank the Great Architect of the Universe, as well as all past Officers and members for our legal victories this past two fiscal years.

However, our work in the UAP is never done. We shall continue to work for the benefit of our colleagues and of the General Public. We shall endeavor to uphold our core values of unity, advocacy and professional excellence. And, we shall always strive to be the true voice of all Filipino Architects.
