✅ 2–3 years of experience as a community organizer
✅ Trainable and willing to learn
✅ Based in Quezon City (with fieldwork)

📌 Organize, mobilize, and network with community members to advocate for SOGIESC rights
📌 Build community support and partnerships for positive social change
📌 Monitor and report on project implementation
📌 Participate in planning, meetings, and other organizational activities
