[ABOUT THE CLUB] ⭐🐟

Hi everyone! To get to know Starfish Club a little more, we’re actually just three friends running the club. Many of our friends already know who we are, but for everyone else, you can simply call us Admin Star, Admin Fish, and Admin Starfish. We like keeping a bit of anonymity while focusing on the fun parts of the fandom.

The idea for Rafayel’s birthday event started around late January. Another very good friend of ours, who is also a big Rafayel girlie, covered the reservation date for the café closest to Rafayel’s birthday. That’s how Bath & Body: A Rafayel Mini Gathering came to life.

Among the three of us, Admin Fish is the main host for this event since she’s the biggest Rafayel girlie! She carried most of the responsibilities as an organizer from merch production to contacting suppliers. A lot of the stress and coordination definitely went to her. Kudos, Admin Fish!

Meanwhile, Admin Star and Admin Starfish helped mostly with brainstorming, planning ideas, and served as support during the event ex*****on.

All of us also had busy schedules outside of fandom, so pulling this event together wasn’t always easy. Thankfully, our friends also stepped in to help, whether through preparations, support during the event, or simply cheering us on.

And of course, we have to say that the artists are the real MVPs. Despite the short timeline, they created amazing pieces that truly brought the event kit and the celebration to life. All of these wouldn’t have been possible without them!

At the end of the day, this gathering happened because of a lot of hard work, teamwork, and love for Rafayel and the community. Seeing everyone come together, enjoy the activities, and celebrate Rafayel made everything worth it.

[ARTIST APPRECIATION POST] 🎨🫧

Our Bath & Body: A Rafayel Mini Gathering would not have been the same without the incredible artists who shared their talent with our event kit. Since Rafayel himself is an artist, we wanted the event to be artist-centric, celebrating the creativity of the community.

Our artists only started working on their pieces around mid–late February, yet they truly ate, no crumbs left! Their creativity and love for Rafayel made the kit extra special.

We may not have been able to highlight them as much as we wanted during the event, but it’s never too late to give them the spotlight they deserve. Please take a moment to check out and support their amazing work!

Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for joining us in celebrating Rafayel’s birthday. It was wonderful to see so many people come together to share the moment. The warmth, excitement, and energy everyone brought made the gathering feel truly special.

We’d also like to give a big thank you to the talented artists who contributed their work to the Bath & Body: A Rafayel Mini Gathering event kit. Each piece added its own charm to the celebration and brought a truly artistic spirit to the kit, reflecting the creativity and imagination that Rafayel himself treasures. We really appreciate you sharing your creativity with the community.

Huge thanks also to everyone who helped with the preparations and setup. From organizing materials to arranging the space and making sure everything ran smoothly, your help made this event possible.

We are also very grateful to Q Cup, for the venue for this gathering, and to our sponsors and everyone who donated items for the raffle and giveaways. Your generosity added even more joy and surprises to the celebration and made the event extra special for all attendees.

Pin Location: 17 West Ave, Quezon City, 1104 Metro Manila

🫧 From SM North Edsa:
• Walk the footbridge to Paramount / West Avenue.
• Ride any Jeepney going to Project 6, Espana, West Avenue, Vito Cruz.
• Get off at Kowloon House and walk across to Q Cup Philippines.

🫧 From South, MRT Taft Avenue Station:
• From MRT Taft Avenue Station, ride the train to Quezon Avenue Station.
• Get off at Quezon Avenue Station, cross the foot bridge to DILG Napolcom.
• Ride any PUV going to Quiapo and get off at Quezon Avenue-West Avenue Intersection and works toward the Q Cup. (You can skip this and ride a tricycle to drop you of directly to Q Cup).

• Ride any vehicle going to Espana Boulevard.
