OFFICIAL WAIVER FORM FOR JUNE 21, 2026 NATIONAL ARM WRESTLING TOURNAMENT

Is everyone ready?

All participants are required to read and sign the official waiver form before joining the tournament. This waiver confirms that the participant understands the rules, risks, and responsibilities involved in the competition.

For participants below 18 years old, a parent or guardian signature is required.

Please make sure to accomplish the waiver form completely to avoid any issues during registration. Thank you and see you at the table! 💪🔥
