The Rotary Club of Broadway Quezon City proudly completed the installation and and conducted the inauguration of a newly constructed wash basin at Dr. Josefa Jara Martinez High School last November 26, 2025, at 8:00 AM. This project reflects our Club’s steadfast commitment to promoting health, safety, and proper hygiene within the school community.

Led by RC Broadway President, Atty. Alex Abaton, together with dedicated club members and the Rotary Community Corps, the event highlighted Rotary’s mission to create sustainable and meaningful service initiatives. Through this wash basin installation, we aim to support students’ well-being by providing accessible handwashing facilities that promote cleanliness and help prevent the spread of illnesses.

The Rotary Club of Broadway Quezon City remains committed to advancing community welfare through collaborative action, service-oriented leadership, and projects that leave a lasting positive impact. Together, we continue to uphold Rotary’s guiding principle of Service Above Self - one initiative at a time.

The Rotary Club of Broadway QC as part of its Water, Sanitation and Hygiene program, successfully completed and turned over the newly installed wash basin at one of our adopted schools, Dr. Josefa Jara Martinez High School in Bgy Tatalon QC. The project began its construction on November 9 and was formally turned over on November 26, 2025.

The turnover was attended by RCBQC officers and members led by UFG President Atty. Alex Abaton along with club’s SAG Frank Macatangay, the RCC of Broadway QC and the Interact Club of RCBQC. The school’s admin officers and teachers formally received the project, which aims to strengthen hygiene practices and support a cleaner, healthier learning environment for all DJJMHS students.

Another successful Governor’s Visit and Club Induction 🙌

This significant event was made possible by the incredible support, enthusiasm, and dedication of our members, guests, and partners who joined us in celebrating this momentous occasion.
