Meet Chef Yuhi Fujinaga — the featured speaker for this year’s HospitaliTalk: Blending Cultures, Building Brands! 👨🍳✨
Currently the Director of Culinary at Patina Restaurant Group, Chef Yuhi oversees 8 venues across Disney Springs and EPCOT, Orlando. He was also the former Executive Chef at Morimoto Asia, working alongside Japanese Master Chef Masaharu Morimoto in his first pan-Asian restaurant.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of the Pacific in Hawaii and mentored by Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai & other world-renowned culinary masters, Chef Yuhi has led kitchens at The Sea Grill, Rockefeller Center in New York.
Known for blending Japanese heritage, French techniques, and global influences, Chef Yuhi brings decades of international expertise to inspire aspiring restaurateurs and hospitality leaders. 🌍🍽️
