A meaningful seminar filled with insights, self-discovery, and valuable lessons. We are deeply grateful to our guest speakers, Reysan F. Palomado, RN and Mary Christian A. Acosta, CHRA, from Red Cross Quezon City Chapter for sharing their time, wisdom, and inspiring stories with us.

Last August 13, we had the opportunity to learn more about understanding ourselves, embracing our unique personalities, and building better connections with the people around us. It was truly a day of growth and reflection, reminding us that self-awareness is the key to becoming the best version of ourselves and nurturing deeper, more meaningful relationships with others.
