Tire tread depth plays a critical role in keeping vehicles safe on the road.

New or good tires provide optimal traction, better handling, and excellent grip on wet roads; they allow tires to channel water away, reducing the risk of hydroplaning and improving traction on wet or slippery surfaces. When the tread becomes too shallow, braking distance increases and control of the vehicle becomes more difficult, especially in heavy rain.

Regularly checking tire tread depth and replacing worn tires helps ensure safer driving conditions, better handling, and reduced accident risk.

Share the Road, Share the Responsibility 🚗🚴🚶

Share the road with patience, respect, and awareness. Every road user—whether driving a car, riding a bicycle, or walking—has an equal right to safety. Small acts like slowing down, giving way, using signals properly, and staying alert can make a big difference in preventing road crashes and saving lives.

Road safety is a shared responsibility!

Did you know that the color of your motor vehicle's exhaust smoke could be telling you something important about its health and safety? It's true! Understanding these colors can help you detect potential issues early and keep you and your passengers safe on the road.

Don't ignore the colors of your motor vehicle's exhaust smoke! If you notice any unusual smoke or have concerns about your vehicle's health, be sure to have it inspected by a qualified mechanic as soon as possible. Your safety on the road depends on it!

Intense summer heat is already here. Driving while dehydrated can quietly put your safety and other road users at risk. Even mild dehydration can cause fatigue, dizziness, slower reaction time, and reduced focus, making it harder to respond quickly on the road. Long trips, hot weather, and traffic can worsen fluid loss without you noticing.

Before and during your drive, drink enough water and take regular breaks to stay refreshed.

If you feel thirsty, lightheaded, or unusually exhausted, pull over safely and rehydrate.

Stay alert. Stay hydrated. Stay safe.

DID YOU KNOW?

Chevron signs are not just roadside decorations they are critical warnings. When you see them, it means there’s a sharp curve or a change in road alignment or width ahead.

At every curve, remember:
✅ Slow down
✅ Stay alert
✅ Avoid sudden braking or overtaking

Understanding road signs is a simple habit that can save lives—yours and others.

Drive smart. Stay safe.
