Safer digital spaces are built together.

Tech companies should not design for attention and attachment first and safety later. They should work with young people, families, educators and experts to build platforms that protect privacy, reduce harm and earn trust.

WHO calls for age-appropriate safeguards, safety-by-design, transparency and enforceable accountability from technology companies.

Today marks an important moment for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) and for the Bangsamoro peace process.

As communities across the region take part in the first parliamentary election, we join them in hoping for a peaceful, honest, and inclusive exercise, and for a political transition that continues to strengthen institutions, deepen public trust, and bring the gains of peace closer to everyday life.

Today is the last day of the Manila International Book Fair!

At Kits, we've always believed that reading takes us to higher places. It's not just the knowledge but also the joy and other emotions children feel when they read books that spark their interest and challenge them to be better and be something in the world. 📚

In Kits, we've always believed that literacy is a gateway for many skills and many beautiful stories that children can learn from. From special storytelling sessions to Free Comic Book Day to building community libraries, we always continue to find ways making literacy and books accessible to children. 📚

Today we celebrate the 60th anniversary of International Literacy Day, originally proclaimed by UNESCO in 1966.

We join people around the world to celebrate this day and continue our mission in bringing books around the Philippines for kids to have access to books, comic books, novels, and resource books! ✨
