🌏 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆! 🤝

Exciting milestones are happening in Bangkok! Partnerships for Sustainability Education (PSE) recently met with 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗿. 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗱𝗸𝗹𝗮𝗶 and 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 at the Parliament Building to pave the way for powerful new youth initiatives.

Led by Executive Director Rochelle M. Razo and Director of Finance and Operations Marita “Yetti” Marcelo, the PSE team joined forces with leaders from Thailand’s Ministry of Education, university professors, and private school representatives.

The big focus? Driving sustainability education, global communication, and cross-border innovation. 🚀

Here are the major highlights from this landmark meeting:

✨ 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕: Initial plans were introduced for the upcoming "NextGen Leaders for Sustainability & Innovation – Bangkok 2027" summit!

🗣️ 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐔𝐩 & 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥: Discussions focused on elevating public speaking, leadership, and sustainability competencies for students and educators alike.

🤝 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐞𝐬: Thai officials expressed enthusiastic support for bringing these transformative programs to Bangkok, opening doors for formal future partnerships (MOUs) between the Philippines and Thailand. 🇵🇭🇹🇭

Five days. One pioneer cohort. Countless conversations, connections, and possibilities. 🌏✨

Last July 14–18, our NextGen Leaders for Sustainability & Innovation – Singapore Pioneer Cohort 2026 stepped beyond the classroom to learn from places, people, and ideas shaping a more sustainable future.

We explored. We questioned. We listened. We exchanged perspectives. And somewhere between the learning journeys, conversations, shared meals, and new friendships, something bigger began to take shape: a community of people who believe that leadership is not simply about preparing for the future—it is about helping create it.

This highlight video captures only a glimpse of that journey, but the real story continues in what each participant chooses to do with the experience.

To our Pioneer Cohort and everyone who welcomed, taught, challenged, and journeyed with us in Singapore—thank you for being PART of this beginning.

Building partnerships for a more sustainable future. 🌏🤝

We were honored to meet with Cebu City Mayor Nestor D. Archival to share the vision of the NextGen Leaders for Sustainability & Innovation – 2nd Cohort, which will take place on 12–15 November 2026 in Singapore.

During our meeting, we discussed how the programme brings together educators, school leaders, universities, youth, businesses, nonprofits, and government leaders to strengthen sustainability leadership, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration across Asia.

It was also our privilege to personally invite Mayor Archival to serve as one of the featured speakers at the Asia Summit on Sustainability & Innovation on 13 November 2026 in Singapore. His longstanding commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable development would provide invaluable insights and inspiration for participants from across the region.

We are grateful for the opportunity to share our vision and explore how Cebu City can continue contributing to regional conversations and collective action for a more sustainable and regenerative future.

🌏 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Our final day in Singapore began with a breakfast gathering filled with reflection and gratitude as we looked back on the experiences, lessons, and connections made throughout the week.

Before flying back to Manila, we made the most of our remaining time by visiting some of Singapore's iconic landmarks, including the 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘆—a memorable way to end an incredible week of learning.

As we return home, we bring with us new perspectives, meaningful connections, and a shared commitment to continue creating positive impact in our schools and communities.

To everyone who made this experience possible—our organizers, partners, speakers, and fellow participants, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 for making the 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 truly unforgettable.
