Successful Sauyo Sector Meeting with the Grand Triskelions, Chapter Representatives & Sector Officers held at the Area 6A Sauyo Community Chapter 's Vicinity.

This meeting is conducted for the preparation of the upcoming Medical Mission that will be conducted at the Villa Rosario Hall & Area 5A Covered Court, Brgy Sauyo, Q.C. on Sept 26, 2026 (Saturday).

⏰7:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. (Cut-Off)

📍Villa Rosario Hall / Area 5A Covered Court, Barangay Sauyo, Q.C.

Service to be provided:
• Laboratory Services
• Free Essential Medicines
• Diagnostic Services
• Medical Consultations

Target Beneficiaries:
- 300 to 500 individuals

Requirements:
• Certificate of Indigency (Available at the venue)
• Photocopy of 1 Valid ID
• 3 Specimen signatures at the I.D. Photocopy

Note:
This program is NOT under PhilHealth or Yakap program ‼️
