As we move into the heart of the second quarter, it’s worth pausing to reflect on how far God has already brought us. Looking back reminds us that some battles are truly worth fighting—especially the battle for your marriage.

The journey may be long, and answers may not come as quickly as we hope. But in every season, God remains good, faithful, and at work. So keep praying, keep trusting, and keep fighting on your knees. In His perfect time, the answer will come.

Before Pentecost, the women, along with Mary, the apostles, and Jesus’ brothers, were gathered in the Upper Room, praying together regularly.

This time mattered. It helped prepare them, brought them closer in unity, and got them ready for what God was about to do.

And when the Holy Spirit came, the women were right there too—receiving His power and taking part in sharing the Gospel.

PRAYER

Lord, just as Your people gathered in unity and prayer before Pentecost, help us to do the same. Make us one, keep us faithful in prayer, and prepare our hearts for Your work. Fill us with Your Spirit, so we may do Your will and share the Gospel, making Jesus known.

The Gospel shows that a woman - Mary Magdalene—is recorded as the first witness to the Resurrection of Jesus.

What does this mean? It highlights the radical inclusion of women in a cultural context where their testimony was often undervalued. This underscores a message that God reveals truth beyond social hierarchies, emphasizing faith and devotion over status.

When Mary encounters the risen Jesus, immediately she was commissioned to share the news.

PRAYER
Lord, teach me to love without discrimination. Fill me with compassion so I may boldly share the good news of Your power, hope, and victory in the resurrection.
Let Your love move me to proclaim Your salvation, trusting in the promise of life beyond. Amen.

Thriving and staying strong in a struggling marriage isn't easy, especially when divorce seems near. Sometimes letting go feels like the only option - take heart! The battle belongs to the Lord, and strength comes on our knees.

Don't fight alone. Broken marriages are worth saving, repairing, and redeeming. Bring your pain, struggles, and relationships to Jesus—there is hope, peace, and restoration at His feet.

𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒇𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒈𝒆?

• God designed marriage. He grieves when it is destroyed.

• God abhors divorce. Staying protects blessings for you and your children. It's one legacy your can pass on to the next generation.

• Fighting for your marriage invites God’s miracles. Waiting on Him allows restoration and renewal.

• Challenges shape character. Women grow as wives, mothers, daughters, and individuals who glorify God.

Men and women need each other. God can turn bad situations for good. It's His will for wife and husband to fight for their marriage.

Love the agape way - without expectation but with 100 percent appreciation. Value your marriage. Thrive and do not only endure. Your story can be used by God to inspire others and glorify God also in their lives.

1. God is the designer of marriage, and therefore, it has to be honored.

2. God hates divorce ( Malachi 2:16, Mark 10:9

3. Keeping your marriage is obedience to God.

4. Moments of trials in marriage is an opportunty for God to display His miracles

5. God can use your husband as a tool to mold your character.

6. Keeping your marriage protects your children.

7. To fight for your marriage is a good legacy to pass among your children.

8. Marriage is a reflection of God's love for the Church.

9. Keeping your marriage inspire other wives to trust and wait upon the Lord.

10. Keeping your marriage glorifies God.
