As we celebrate Independence Day, we are reminded that more than freedom from foreign rule, our nation needs the rule and reign of Jesus.

Through every season, through every challenge, and through every generation, our cry remains the same:
Maghari Ka, Panginoong Hesus. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

Sa aming bayan.
Sa bawat tahanan.
Sa bawat barangay.
Sa bawat tribo.
Sa bawat isla.

Mula Luzon hanggang Visayas at Mindanao,
Maghari Ka sa Pilipinas.

Maghari ang Iyong katarungan.
Maghari ang Iyong katuwiran.
Maghari ang Iyong kabanalan.

Happy Independence Day, Philippines. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

Thank you Gateway Worship Co for releasing "Maghari Ka" and for giving the Church a song to sing, declare, and pray over our nation.

During the time that our team spent in San Kampheang, Thailand, they witnessed this reality firsthand: the need is great, and the workers are few.

They met faithful missionaries who have given their lives to serve the community. They sowed seeds in prayer as they walked around the community, ministered to children, participated in community outreach, prayed for families, visited homes, and encouraged believers. Through it all, they've seen how a simple act of obedience can have an eternal impact.

For each of them on this trip, it all began with a simple "yes."
A yes to go.
A yes to serve.
A yes to love the people God loves.

Through that "yes", God revealed more of His heart for Thailand and the nations. They witnessed His faithfulness through local missionaries, His compassion for the lost, and His desire for every person to know Him.

In San Kampheang, where only a small fraction of the population knows Christ, the need for the Gospel remains urgent. Yet every prayer prayed, every home visited, and every conversation made reminded the team that God is already at work.

Missions is not simply about going to another nation. It is about partnering with God's heart for people and making Him known wherever He sends us.

Millions still need to hear.

The question is not whether God is calling laborers.

The question is: will we answer?

Will you go?

We all have thoughts. We all have concerns. We all have dreams for our nation.

So today, we want to hear from you:
What is the ONE word that describes how you feel about the Philippines right now?

Everyone has an opinion about what's wrong with the Philippines.

But what if the real question is not what's wrong with the nation...

but what God is asking of His Church?

Pastor Jerome Ocampo shares a timely word on repentance, prayer, and our responsibility in this hour. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ”₯

Watch until the end.

Our hearts are with our brothers and sisters in General Santos City and across Mindanao today.

A magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck Mindanao this morning, bringing fear, disruption, and uncertainty to many families and communities. As a community, we want to invite everyone to join us in praying for those affected and to lift them before the Lord together.

Join us in praying for:
β€’ Protection and safety for families and communities affected by the earthquake. May God's shield of protection cover them, may aftershocks cause no further harm, and may the Lord bring healing from trauma, fear, and anxiety caused by this event.
β€’ God's mercy over coastal areas, that every threat of tsunami would be restrained, that His peace would calm fearful hearts, and that His hand of protection would surround vulnerable communities, preserving lives and keeping families safe.
β€’ Peace, strength, and wisdom for affected families, local leaders, responders, medical teams, and authorities as they navigate the days ahead and work toward recovery and restoration.
β€’ A spiritual awakening in our nation, that in the midst of uncertainty and fear, hearts would turn back to God and the Church would rise in prayer, repentance, and wholehearted pursuit of Him.

Now more than ever, we choose to put our hope and trust in Jesus.

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." -Psalm 46:1

Let us continue to lift General Santos City and all of Mindanao before the Lord, believing for His protection, mercy, peace, healing, restoration, and salvation. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

What if the answer to the Philippines isn't louder opinions...

but a Church that prays?

A Church that seeks God.
A Church that fasts.
A Church that refuses to give up on this nation.

This is a letter to the Filipino Church. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡πŸ”₯

You already know who needs to be here.

The friend who is hungry for more of God.
The one who carries this nation in their heart.
The one who knows that the Philippines doesn't need more noise.
It needs people on their knees.

We need the Church to show up, together.
To stand. To fast. To pray.
To believe, faithfully, desperately, collectively, that God is not done with the Philippines.
That is what we are gathering for.
