Last May 15, Romblon State University formally adopted its Strategic Development Plan 2026โ€“2030 โ€” Bato at Dagat โ€” the declaration of a university that does not aspire to be like every other. RSU aspires to be irreplaceable.

This plan was not written by compliance. It was earned through deep institutional work โ€” through honest discovery of what RSU alone can be: the National Archipelagic University of the Philippines.

The Guiding Truths that emerged from this journey:
โ€ข Be different, not better.
โ€ข Serve futures, not survival.
โ€ข Make the invisible visible.
โ€ข Break the bars of Parehas.

Congratulations to University President Prof. Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani and the entire RSU family. The marble and the sea have always been yours. Now, the world will know it.
