Hindi ko na mabilang kung ilang beses akong namatay.

No’ng gabing sobrang bigat na at akala kong wala nang pag-asa. No’ng sandaling hindi na ‘ko makaluha dahil nasaid na sa maghapong kakaluha. Sa mga linggo at buwan na walang-wala, parang hindi na kaya.

Pakiramdam ko, nabuhay lang akong muli. Mula sa mga pagsubok na gabundok, lungkot na singlalim ng dagat, at takot na ‘di matanto ang lawak. Pakiramdam ko, narito akong muli, sa mundo, dahil sa milagro.

Napaglamayan ko na ang sarili ko. Maraming beses ko nang inilibing ang puso. Pero laging may humukuhay nito. Laging may nagbubukas ng pinto, pinalalabas ako. Sinasabing, ‘may nakalaan para sa’yo.’
