In celebration of the 2026 Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month, the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) is pleased to announce the conduct of the Blood Sparks for Life 2026 Blood Donation Drive.

Come and join us at the 5th Floor, NFA Building, Diliman, Quezon City, on May 5, 2026 (Tuesday), from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Together, we will all share the gift of life through this meaningful activity. Your donation will significantly help in saving lives among our fellow Filipinos across the country, so that we all may continue to pursue .

The 2026 Blood Sparks for Life is in partnership with the UP Scintilla Juris, RASTA Sports Movement, and Rizal Medical Center.

Kritikal na mababa ang suplay ng dugo sa mga ospital sa National Capital Region. Nanganganib ang mga buhay—kaya kailangan ka ngayon.

Kaya bilang pagtugon sa panawagan at sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon, ang Molave Residence Hall, sa pag eendorso ng OVCSA at OSH at sa tulong ng UPSJ-AID (Assist-Inspire-Dignify) at Sparks For Life, ay magsasagawa ng blood donation drive upang maghatid ng pag-asa at makapagligtas ng buhay.

[Blood Sparks for Life: A Blood Donation Drive]

The UP SCINTILLA JURIS Fraternity , UP ASTRUM SCIENTIS Sorority , and UPV SJ invite the community to BLOOD SPARKS FOR LIFE.
