Para sa kaligtasan at seguridad ng ating buong komunidad, magkakaroon na ng ID checking sa lahat ng papasok sa THHAI, kabilang ang mga naglalakad o pedestrian.

Hinihiling po namin ang inyong pang-unawa at pakikipagtulungan. Kung sakaling hingan ng ID, mangyaring huwag po itong ikagalit o isipin na personal na pagtatanong. Ito ay bahagi ng ating security measures upang masiguro ang kaligtasan ng lahat.

🚨 SECURITY ALERT – THHAI 🚨

Starting tonight, residents of THHAI may hear sirens during the evening and early morning hours. Please do not be alarmed. These sirens are part of an additional security measure to help deter and warn against possible break-in attempts.

Following the recent incidents in the community, The BOD, through Kaye Aguas, coordinated with Col. Tubiera and requested that regular security patrols be conducted in the area. Roving patrols will be conducted every two (2) hours, particularly around Teresa Heights, as a precautionary measure.

Kaye also coordinated with the Chief of Staff of the Mayor regarding the recent attempted break-ins and the need to strengthen security within the community.

Rest assured that the BOD is doing everything possible to enhance security and protect THHAI residents.

We ask everyone to remain vigilant and immediately report any suspicious persons, activities, or attempted break-ins to the proper authorities.

⚠️ ANOTHER INCIDENT – TAKIP SILIM ST., THHAI

Another incident was reported along Takip Silim St. early this morning, where an individual attempted to break into a house.

The person damaged the window grills in an attempt to gain entry, but apparently did not succeed. A cap believed to have been left behind by the individual was found at the scene.

Residents in the area are advised to remain extra vigilant and secure their homes, especially during late-night and early-morning hours.

Residents of Hilaga St. inside THHAI are advised to stay alert.

A person was reportedly seen attempting to enter a house along Hilaga St. The individual was unsuccessful and managed to run away from the area.

Residents are reminded to keep their doors, gates, and windows securely locked and to remain vigilant.

LANDERS FENCE REHABILITATION UPDATE

The fence at Landers is currently undergoing rehabilitation after being affected by the strong winds.

For safety reasons, the Board requested Landers to send their demolition team to address and repair the damaged portion of the fence. Through the coordination of Kaye Aguas, we are working closely with the Landers team to ensure that the necessary work is properly carried out.

The protruding steel that was attached to the Landers structure has already been removed, eliminating a potential safety hazard in the area.

Our main priority is the safety of everyone in the area, especially our residents and the people passing by.

Please be advised, THHAI Residents, that the scheduled pipe interconnection along Taksipilin St. corner Habagat St. has been rescheduled to tomorrow, August 13, 2026 (Thursday).

💧 Temporary Water Service Interruption

There will be a temporary water service interruption during the activity as the pipe interconnection is necessary to help ensure a continuous and sufficient supply of potable water in the area.

We advise all residents to store enough water in advance and plan accordingly.
