THHAI Election of Officers 2026–2028
The Election of Officers for the THHAI Board of Directors for the 2026–2028 term was held today.
Present during the election were the members of the ELECOM and the elected Board members: Danny, Gina, Kaye, Karen, Mabel, Tonette, Tita Hedie, Tita Myrna and Rick. Not shown in the photo are Abet Jose and Bernard Maiquez. Bernard left early after the election of the Chairman. Edilbert Rivero was absent.
Congratulations to the newly elected officers. May this new term be guided by unity, transparency, and a shared commitment to serving the Teresa Heights community.

May 17, 2026 | Last BOD Meeting for Term 2024–2026

With grateful hearts, we officially conclude our final BOD meeting for the 2024–2026 term.

We are deeply thankful to the entire THHAI community for the trust, support, and cooperation throughout our service. Together, we faced challenges, celebrated accomplishments, and worked for the betterment of our neighborhood.

We are also humbled and honored that, after the recent election, 7 out of the 11 current Board members were given another opportunity to serve the community once again. Thank you for the continued confidence and support.

📢 ADVISORY TO ALL RESIDENTS

Please be informed that Maynilad Water Services, Inc. will be conducting a Pipe Interconnection Project along Sinagtala corner Silangan.
As part of the ongoing activity, excavation and road works are currently being undertaken in the area. Residents may experience:
• Temporary water service interruption
• Partial road obstruction
• Presence of construction materials and equipment
We kindly ask everyone to exercise extra caution when passing through the affected area and to extend patience and cooperation during the duration of the project.
According to Maynilad, this project is necessary to help ensure a continuous and sufficient supply of potable water in the area.

Based on the updates and reports from the Chief of Staff of Mayor Joy Belmonte, continuous hauling and disposal operations are ongoing as part of the clean-up efforts. 💪

📍 Current estimated completion:
✅ 57% → 68% completed
✅ Hundreds of sacks removed for proper disposal
✅ Multiple truckloads of waste items and scrap metals hauled out
✅ Continuous clearing and stockpiling operations ongoing
