Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, s. 2026 issued by the Presidential Communications Office, recommending alternative learning modes in the National Capital Region (NCR) due to the anticipated heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall, 𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆).
