The results from our conducted survey aligns with the struggles described in related research studies.

Both students and parents are experiencing general and specific struggles with the transition.

Several studies have shown that students are having a hard time focusing at home. There are also logistics problems wherein they don't have enough space or resources such as good internet.

Although parents are grateful that their children get to have the face-to-face interaction again, they are facing challenges to balance their responsibilities and are still quite skeptical regarding its ex*****on. They also worry about their children's progress and development.

"Learning means change"

Over the past 2 years, the education sector was one of the departments that faced enormous changes. We went from entirely conducting classes from a remote learning setup to progressively administering limited face-to-face classes in schools. This, in turn, gave parents a new challenge on how to properly manage, guide, and safeguard their children as they proceed with their education through a blended learning setup, which does inevitably increase their vulnerability to the virus.
