This June 22, 2025, the Freespace Theosophical Youth Group organizes a Short Zen Meditation Session with Zen Facilitator Mr. Jay Batoon.

The session was filled with meaningful experiences coupled by a very enriching group sharing while sipping some hot tea.

Zen Meditation, also known as Zazen, is a meditation practice rooted in Buddhism. It's a technique to cultivate mindfulness, clarity, and inner peace.

Experience quiet presence and deep stillness through a guided Zen session. No experience needed — come as you are.

Last June 1, 7 and 8, 2025, the Theosophical Society hosted a Self-Transformation Seminar with educators, business people, and families who are eager to learn about life and happiness.

We give thanks to our main speaker, Mr. Vic Hao Chin for sharing his wisdom and ageless practices to help individuals live life happy and meaningfully.

The Freespace who are basically the Philippine Theosophical Youth Group are volunteers and facilitators of this event!

June 1, 7 & 8, 2025. Three fulfilling and transformative days from 9:00 am to 6:00 p.m.

Lead facilitator: Mr. Vicente "Vic" Hao Chin, Jr.
Author of The Process of Self Transformation and international speaker.

Registration fee: Php 1,500.00 (inclusive of lunch, snacks and handouts)

Venue: Theosophical Society in the Philippines, 1 Iba St. corner P. Florentino St., Quezon City, Metro Manila (walking distance from the Welcome Rotonda; behind SMDC Sun Residences)

Today, January 28, 2024, Freespace Youth Group and the Theosophical Order of Service jointly organized a session with Ms. Marie Ann Abacan, a nutitionist educator, who promotes healthy options for better diet.

The TS hall was filled with curious minds and positive vibes as the speaker explained the facts and fallacies about nutrition. More so, when a very interactive demonstration of healthy smoothies were done.

All the participants drank the mix of fruit and leafy veggies and enjoyed the moments together!
