COBSAF NATIONWIDE WILL BUILD AN EFFECTIVE PROGRAM AND ITS PURPOSE IS TO RAISE FUNDS IN CASH OR IN KIND DONATIONS, AND THIS WILL BE SENT TO OUR MEMBERS IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU TO GIVE IT TO OUR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN REACHED BY OUR GOVERNMENT. OUR MEMBERS AND OFFICERS HAVE BEEN MONITORING THERE AND MANY MORE ARE NOT REACHED BY THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL GOVERNMENT. THAT IS WHY THEY DECIDED TO ASK FOR A FUNDING FROM OTHER CHAPTERS OF OUR GROUP. The suspect in the murder of the victim, a law student, Luke Macaraneg, son of an NBI agent, in Baguio last November 24 was finally caught in a house in the province of Malolos Bulacan, after hiding for several months.

The suspect was positively identified by his Ex girlfriend, and by Gino Manolo Banta friend of the victim as the one who shot them,

according to the investigation, jealousy is the motive, and the target of the suspect is said to be Banta. but the victim only felt sorry.

despite this, the suspect denied the crime, and according to him, the real killer only pointed him out, he added that he was the only one who hid the car,

The suspect faces charges of Murder and Attempted Murder in the Baguio Regional Trial Court.

The victim's father, Atty. Dickson Macaraneg was thankful to his fellow NBI Agents, whom he has not named..

And according to NBI Director Jaime Santiago, I instructed them, The person must be captured but do not put Justice in your hands. that must be caught, held accountable to the law.
