Guest and Program Speakers
1. EnP. Eldon Joshua N. Dionisio
Program Manager, Active Transport Program, Department of Transportation (DOTr)
A licensed urban planner and cycling advocate, EnP. Dionisio leads the national active transport initiatives, promoting inclusive mobility and sustainable urban transport planning across the Philippines.
2. Mr. Allendri B. Angeles
Head, City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), Pasig City
Mr. Angeles has led Pasig City’s solid waste and environmental initiatives, earning national recognition for implementing forward-thinking programs in solid waste management and public sustainability campaigns.
3. Dr. Eugenio F. Santiago III, EnP
Associate Professorial Lecturer V, Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)
A seasoned environmental planner and former transportation policy adviser, Dr. Santiago has served in various government agencies, blending academic rigor with on-ground policy implementation over his 18+ years of service.
4. Ar. Mary Rolyn Ara Torrecampo-Angeles
Principal Architect, Arki Ara Design
Ar. Ara Torrecampo-Angeles is a modern architectural practitioner celebrated for her elegant and sustainable designs. She actively engages in professional architecture circles and local community-based design efforts.
5. Engr. Eleanor Borja-Uboan, EnP, REC, REA, REB
Former Regional Director, DHSUD Region 2
With a career spanning almost four decades in public service, Engr. Uboan has been at the forefront of housing and urban development efforts, emphasizing sustainability and equitable community development. A proud graduate of the Master in Management major in Environmental Planning (MMEP) program in March 2023, she now serves as a lecturer in the same program, where she shares her wealth of experience with aspiring environmental planners.
6. Atty. Julius Victor C. Degala
Department Head, Bulacan Environment and Natural Resources Office (BENRO)
Atty. Degala combines legal expertise and environmental governance, advancing Bulacan's ecological programs and regulatory efforts that safeguard natural resources and promote community awareness.
7. Cons. William L. Floresta, REA, REB, REC
CEO, William Floresta Consulting Services
A respected consultant and educator in the real estate sector, Cons. Floresta has championed professional development and ethical standards during his term as President of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards (PAREB).
8. EnP. Jerico D. Namoro
Assistant Director, Bureau of Market Development, Promotions and OTOP, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
An urban planner and community strategist, EnP. Namoro currently promotes sustainable enterprise and regional economic growth through the DTI’s OTOP (One Town, One Product) initiatives.
