In Scouting, the term "𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐟𝐢𝐭" refers to the official Scouting unit of a school or institution. Thus, BSP-PNS Outfit 101 is the recognized Scouting unit of Palawan National School, responsible for carrying out the programs, activities, and traditions of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines within the campus.
⚜️ 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝟏𝟎𝟏 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐇𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 ⚜️
𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 (𝐒𝐂𝐋)
The highest-ranking youth officer of the Outfit. Serves as the chief representative of all Scouts, presides over meetings and activities, and provides overall leadership and direction for the Outfit.
𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝟏 (𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐂𝐋)
The second-highest youth officer who assists the Senior Crew Leader and assumes leadership responsibilities in their absence.
𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬
Lead their respective crews, coordinate activities, ensure discipline among members, and serve as the primary link between the Outfit Officers and Scouts.
𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞
Responsible for documentation, minutes of meetings, correspondence, reports, announcements, and maintaining Outfit records.
𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫
Manages the Outfit's funds
𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫
Takes charge of the Outfit's equipment, supplies, inventory, and proper maintenance of Scout materials.
𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫
Leads and coordinates hikes, outdoor activities, and field adventures while promoting safety, preparedness, and outdoor skills.
𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫
Promotes Scout spirit and enthusiasm by leading yells, cheers, songs, and morale-building activities during meetings, camps, and special events.

Support the Crew Leaders in managing their crews, monitoring attendance, and facilitating activities and projects.
