Calling all Freelancers in MIMAROPA!

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is conducting the 2026 ICT Skills Gap Analysis Survey to help shape future ICT training and capacity-building programs.

If you are a freelancer (VA, designer, developer, digital marketer, IT professional, etc.), we invite you to participate and share your insights to help strengthen the ICT industry in the region.
