CHRISTMAS MESSAGE

Dalaygon ug himayaon ang Ginoong Hesu-Kristo! As your Executive Bishop, I greet all of you a blessed Christmas and a joyous New Year on behalf of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMACOP).
Godβs love, mercy, and grace are evident as we celebrate Christmas. The Lord has abundantly sustained us and provided our needs as a corporate body through the years.
Jesus Christ Himself is the message of Christmas. The Bible mentioned about the baby Jesus Christ β wrapped in swaddling clothes, not in some fancy wrapper β is Godβs greatest gift of love to mankind and all creation. He is our Savior and Redeemer. He is our salvation and redemption. He is Godβs unwavering love and unconditional forgiveness made manifest.
βFor God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.β (John 3:16)
It warms my heart to see our churches rising above every challenge and spreading the good news dauntlessly. Our people could not be stopped from fellowshipping and worshipping the Almighty God. And rightly so, because βthe gates of hell cannot prevail against Godβs church.β
Every church has a great responsibility to share and spread the gospel to all generations β young and old alike. Every church is the LORDβs instrument of His grace and forgiveness. Every church should show unity and extend reconciliation to everyone. It should bring hope to every heart.
As we celebrate the birth of our Savior, let us share Jesus Christ β the full embodiment of GODβs LOVE and FORGIVENESS β to everyone. This is what Christmas is all about. This is our ultimate message: that God sent His only Son to save us sinners and give us eternal life with Him.
